Hey bread lovers! I love this bread! This delicious focaccia was awesome. Made with honey, ricotta cheese and black truffle. It's actually precut on the bottom so you need to turn it over to cut it. Marinated tomatoes would take this dish to the next level! Coming from the new The Guest House at the Scottsdale Quarter. Eat this bread with all of their delicious entrees and cocktails for a great evening dinner. Or lunch!
